When dance performance and a great night out collide.
A mash up of vibrant, athletic dance performance and interactive dance party.
For alternate performance spaces and audience particpants eager to mix it up with the Printz dancers and each other. A new kind of dance experience.
The scene? A 70’s car aesthetic with smashed disco balls, video, crashed car parts, hot-rod inspired paint jobs, backseats of vehicles, rearview mirrors, headlights and hazard signs.
And yes, the car is the star.
The dance? The high-powered Printz Dance Project fusion of jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary styling, launched in pop-up performances around the venue, throughout the evening.
The beat? Your local DJ spins music for the show and interludes of audience mixing.
The audience? If that is really the right term...will be viewers, dancers, riders (in car seats with wheels, "chauffered" by the company), and partiers.
The take-away? A high-octance experience for all.
Customizable for your space.. Flexible in design - Ideal for residencies involving dance, design, art, and engineering departments. Printz Dance Project can work with your campus departments to design parts of the show or Company can provide the props.
